Crepes are the main specialty at Ambrosia’s stall no. 4. There are almost 30 different options available on the menu, both sweet and savoury. From bacon, salmon, spinach, fresh tomatoes, pesto or cheddar cheese…to whipped cream, strawberries, banana, nuts or chocolate brownie, there is something for everyone at this stall.
More than just a creperie, “The Boardwalk” is the ideal stall for customers with a sweet-tooth. Milkshakes, sorbets, muffins, croissants, macaroons, ice creams and cakes, and other delicacies entice you from the display stand with their lively colours and tempting flavours. Surprisingly, their menu also looks out for health-conscious customers as they offer the following products: organic coffee, soya milk, multi-grain bread, cups of fruit, freshly-squeezed juice, gluten-free cakes and frozen yogurt. They also boast an array of salads with vegetables, pasta or couscous – perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Of course, we mustn’t forget their delicious breakfasts and brunches (they open at 9am). They serve full English breakfasts, with the classic fried eggs, sausage, baked beans etc.; or Spanish breakfasts, such as toast with virgin olive oil. There are also crunchy baguettes with various fillings, including the popular “Catalan” flavour, which, is covered in oil, natural tomatoes and Serrano ham (if you want, you can buy the ham at the Joselito stall).
